Why doesn’t dieting ever work for you?

I struggled with that question for more than half of my life. Dieting would start out great, I’d get a whole bunch of supplies, make a schedule and calendar, get super pumped up, spend a whole bunch of money andddd then hit a bump in the road and give up in a matter of hours to months.

When I finally reflected back on all my years of failure, I realized that there was a pattern. I brought all of my bad habits with me throughout my diets and even gained new ones every time I started over! There was no was I could ever succeed like this!!

So, I knew then what I had to do. I had to break away from all my bad habits, and start adding in healthier ones! It wasn’t easy at first, but I know if I can do it, anyone can.

I had ZERO willpower in the past. I was self indulgent, impulsive, careless and had my priorities wayyyyyy out of whack. In just a couple months, I changed all of that. I want to help you to do the same!
